Making an Appointment

Requests may be made online, by phone, text or whatsapp message. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will be required to complete the online health questionnaire.

Having Treatment

Treatments take place at the Little Therapy Space (Little Yoga Space) at Rua da Assunção, 42 in Baixa. The treatment space is located on the 4th floor in room 28 and can be accessed by the lift in the entrance lobby. If the entrance door is open, you can come up and wait in the waiting area. If the entrance door is closed please buzz once, 5 minutes before your appointment time.


After your treatment, please wrap up warm, drink plenty of extra fluids, and take the opportunity to rest - it’s best to avoid any strenuous physical activity immediately after your treatment to give your body time to assimilate and adjust.

Paying for your Treatment

You will be required to pay a €15 deposit via paypal. The remainder will be payable in cash at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Cancellations with 48-hours notice or more: you can either reschedule your appointment or request a refund of your deposit.


Cancellations with less than 48-hours: if I’m able to fill your appointment time from the waiting list then I’ll refund your deposit; if I’m not able to fill your appointment time then your deposit will be forfeit.
