BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Following confirmation of availability, you will have 24 hours to complete your reservation by filling in the online booking form and sending confirmation of your deposit. Should you not complete the booking process within 24 hours, please check back in regarding availability before sending any payment. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival unless stated otherwise in the Welcome Pack.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise specified in the Welcome Pack, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

Cancellation before 30 days of the start date: your deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date, subject to availability, or to another person that you know.

Cancellation within 30 days of the start date: your deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another person that you know. If I am able to fill your space then I will refund your deposit, minus a €50 administration fee.

Should Vitality Retreat Portugal need to cancel, due to unforeseen circumstances, then you will have the option to transfer to another date or to receive a full refund of all monies paid. However, in this instance, you should have your own travel insurance to cover any additional costs you may have incurred such as flights.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You are responsible for having adequate travel insurance throughout your stay at Vitality Retreat Portugal and we will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred whilst participating in other activities outside of the retreat space.

MEDICAL CONCERNS

Please disclose all current conditions and injuries on your booking form so that we can ensure your retreat best meets your needs.

CHECK-IN

Unless otherwise agreed/stated, retreats run Sunday to Saturday. Check-in is from 5pm on the Sunday, with departure at 10am on Saturday.
